SUBJECT: Legal Notice to Reimburse the Policy Claim and to Return the Original File Containing all Documents Listed Below Regarding Life Insurance Policy No. 11120210006261994003 – Syed ………. Kazmi (Policy Owner) 

Dear Sir/Miss;

We, “Robust Advocates & Legal Consultants” on behalf of our esteemed client, ______ (Widow-Beneficiary) wife of Syed ______________, S/O M______________ Kazmi (Deceased), CNIC: 37406-0878828-1, and date of birth: 13/04/1965, hereby serve you with this legal notice, requiring immediate attention and compliance.

1. That our client holds life insurance policy no. 11120210006261994003 issued by Jubilee Insurance Company Ltd. (“the Company”). This policy was duly purchased and has been in effect in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated therein.
2. That it has come to our attention that upon the unfortunate demise of the policy holder, our client duly informed your office of the said event, seeking the rightful claims under the aforementioned policy.
3. Regrettably, we are compelled to express our deep concern regarding the actions taken by your company subsequent to being notified of the policyholder’s demise. It has come to our attention that, with what appears to be a fraudulent and mala-fide intent, your representative took possession of all original documents related to the aforementioned policy under the pretext of processing the policy claim. These documents include, but are not limited to:
   1. Jubilee Insurance file,
   2. Jubilee insurance contracts, including terms and conditions,

• Policy coverage details,

125000. Original paid receipts of premiums of PKR- 125000.

4. That our client, in good faith, has made repeated inquiries about the progress of the policy claim. Regrettably, the Company has employed dilatory tactics, causing undue distress and financial hardship to our client.
5. That you are hereby requested to reimburse the law-full policy claim of our client in accordance with law otherwise our client reserves the right proceed in accordance with insurance ordinance 2000 and other ancillary laws.

Therefore, we demand the immediate and unconditional return of all original documents pertaining to the aforementioned policy to our client within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of this notice.

Failure to comply with this demand within the stipulated timeframe will leave us with no option but to initiate legal proceedings against Jubilee Insurance Company Ltd. at any or all appropriate legal forums and courts of law, seeking redress for our client’s rights and interests, including but not limited to damages and costs incurred.

This notice is issued without prejudice to any of our client’s rights and remedies, all of which are expressly reserved.
