Subject: Application for Removal of Wrongful Blacklisting of Passport

Respected Sir,

I, ______________________ S/o ______________________, CNIC No. ______________________, resident of ________________________________, most respectfully submit this application for your kind consideration.

That I am a law-abiding citizen of Pakistan holding Pakistani Passport No. ______________________ issued on __________ and valid up to __________.

That to my utter shock and dismay, I recently came to know that my passport has been blacklisted in your record, due to which I am unable to travel abroad. I state that this blacklisting has been done wrongly and without any prior notice, intimation, or lawful justification to me.

That I have never been involved in any criminal activity, inquiry, or proceedings, nor have I violated any law which may justify such an extreme action. No show-cause notice or opportunity of hearing was ever provided to me, which is against the principles of natural justice and my fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

That the wrongful blacklisting of my passport has caused me severe mental agony, financial loss, and hardship, as I am unable to proceed for my lawful travel/employment/education abroad.

In view of the above, it is most humbly requested that:

  1. My case may kindly be inquired into at the earliest; and

  2. My name may graciously be removed from the blacklist, and my passport may be restored/cleared for normal use forthwith.

I shall be highly obliged for your kind cooperation and prompt action in this matter.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Yours obediently,
